The southern fried chicken with steam bun is good for appetizer . I didn’t expect the strawberry cake would be wonderful . ”

“ We had breakfast on the rooftop and the service was top notch. Our host was a gentleman named Christian. Christian is absolutely amazing. Very attentive, pays attention to detail, outgoing, and just a very pleasant young man. The food was very well prepared. The hotel Melby is a beautifully designed wonderful hotel. It does not have a pool but it sits in the center of downtown Melbourne and it’s an excellent place to stay. Highly recommend. The rooftop bar and restaurant was a very well thought out idea. The manager, Mandi is outstanding and definitely cares about the customers and her staff. From staff to drinks in the afternoon or meals for breakfast lunch or dinner this is an absolutely phenomenal spot ”
